• You are only charged for the actual footage we transfer (for orders over the minimum order size of 600 feet).
• Our average turnaround is 9-12 days, RUSH 2-3 days.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship

• Number reel boxes/cans from 1 to X and we'll follow that order.
• Use packing material with a new box to ensure nothing moves.
• Our shipping address is on the top of page 2 of the order from.
• Ship film & order form 2-3 day air w/ tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail)

Step 3: Processing Your Order

• Our average turnaround is 9-12 days (2-3 days RUSH).
• We will email you when the order has shipped.
• We return all film and reels.
• We keep a digital backup for 25 days after we ship your order (with the exception of Platinum HD uncompressed orders)
