Step 1: Fill Out The Online Order Form & Print It Out

• We will measure the exact footage and adjust the total appropriately once we get the order.
• You are only charged for the actual footage we transfer.
• Our average turnaround is 7-11 days, RUSH 2-3 days.
• The pricing will automatically be calculated on the order form.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship

• Number reel boxes/cans from 1 to X and we'll follow that order.
• Use packing material with a new box to ensure nothing moves.
• Our shipping address is on the top of page 2 of the order from.
• Ship film & order form 2-3 day air w/ tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail)

Step 3: Processing Your Order

• Our average turnaround is 7-11 days (2-3 days RUSH).
• We do splice 3",5" reels onto new 7" or 8" reels with new reel cases.
• We return all film and original reels/cans/boxes.
• We will email you when the order has shipped.
• We keep a digital backup for 30 days from the date of completion.
