2. With each order, you will receive a data DVD of your scanned photos.
3. You can order a basic/custom slide show. Call for quote on an custom slide show.
4. We keep digital backup for 25 days after shipment.
5. Fill in page 1 and 2 and print out. Mail page 2-3 with your photos.

Client warrants that the media submitted to the Video Conversion Experts for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if protected, the client has obtained permission to make copies. Client also agrees to protect and indemnify The Video Conversion Experts (or it's assignees) from any costs related to copyright infringement. When submitting videotapes, movie film, slides or any other media to us whether for video transfer or for any other reason, client acknowledges and agrees that the Video Conversion Experts and any individual or business used by us shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such materials following receipt and during processing of such materials (even if due to our fault or negligence) and that the client’s sole remedy shall be blank stock of the submitted media. The Video Conversion Experts makes no other warranty and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from client’s use of our services. If ordering DVDs, Please make sure your DVD player is DVD-R compliant before sending a order. Refund/Workmanship Policy: Because we provide a service and because the product we provide can not be sold to any other customer, we do not offer refunds. Please send in a test reel, tape, slide or picture first if you are concerned about the quality you will receive. If we made an error in the processing of your order you must contact us within 25 calendar days from our shipment to request rework which will be done free of charge.
