Step 1: Fill Out The Online Order Form & Print It Out

• We count the actual number of slides and adjust the total appropriately once we get the order.
• You are only charged for the actual slides we transfer.
• Our average turnaround is 7-10 days, RUSH 2-3 days.
• The pricing will automatically be calculated on the order form.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship

• Number the trays, magazine or slides in the order you want them to scanned.
• Use packing material with a new box to ensure nothing moves.
• Our shipping address is on the top of page 2 of the order from.
• Ship Slides & order form 2-3 day air w/ tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail)

Step 3: Processing Your Order

• Our average turnaround is 7-10 days (2-3 days RUSH).
• We will email you when the order has shipped.
• We return all slides, trays and magazines.
• We keep a digital backup for 25 days after we ship your order.
