How To Order:
Step 1: Calculating the Hours of Video Footage
The order form will ask for approximate hours of footage. You will
only be billed for the actual hours of footage rounded to the nearest
hour. We do run the tapes for 10 minutes after they appear to be
over. We want to ensure we get all the footage off the tape. There is
a minimum of a 30 minutes charge per tape.
VHS: Normally, these are recorded up to 2 hours but you
could get 4 or 6 hours on each one if you changed the record mode to
Long Play or Extended Play mode.
VHS-C: Normally, these only recorded 30 minutes
each. You could get up to 90 minutes in Extended Play mode.
8mm: These tapes came in 60, 90 or 120 minutes
versions. Just look on the tape to see which ones you have.
Hi8, MiniDV, Digital8: These tapes only came in the
60 minute version.
Betamax: These tapes could record from 1 hour to 5
hours on each tape.
PAL: We can transfer
PAL VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Hi8 and MiniDV to PAL or NTSC media. For details

Step 2: Choosing the right transfer process
Choose Silver if you are just looking for a low cost basic
service. Choose Gold if you are looking for the best quality DVD or
AVI file from the tape. Choose Platinum if you are looking for Blu-Ray
or
High Definition AVI files from the tape.

Step 5: Sending In Your Order
Make sure the order form is in the box with your film. We recommend
shipping your package 2-3 day air through UPS, FedEx or US Priority
Mail.
Step 6: Processing Your Order
We will email you when the order is
shipped back to you. Our
average turnaround is 8-10 days (2-3 days RUSH).
We can transfer VHS to DVD, 8mm to DVD, Hi8 to
DVD, MiniDV to DVD and Digital 8 to DVD. We can also transfer a PAL
tape to NTSC, HDV to DVD and HDV to Blu-Ray DVD. VHS to DVD and 8mm
tape to DVD is the most common video tape transfer service we perform.
